Check an order-export CSV for repeated transaction IDs before you clean up duplicate orders. Choose the payment ID and order columns; get a list of IDs linked to multiple order records.

What a match means

Two different order records contain the same non-empty payment ID, after trimming spaces. That is a review flag, not proof of a duplicate charge. Export one payment provider at a time. A repeated line item from the same order is counted separately and is not flagged as a second order.

Blank IDs and order references are skipped and counted. Different IDs for the same underlying payment cannot be detected. The tool does not connect to WooCommerce, PayPal, a bank or a wallet, change orders, or recommend automatic refunds.
